WHAT ARE YOUR EDUCATION AND LICENSE?​


I received my Masters of Psychology from Adler Graduate Professional School. I am a registered (Qualifying) member of the College of Psychotherapists of Ontario. I am also a member of the Ontario Psychological Association.




WHAT THERAPY APPROACH DO YOU USE?​


My therapeutic approach is integrative and includes a variety of techniques. I believe that each client is unique and the therapy approach should be specific enough to address their needs. I utilize techniques from internal family systems therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, cognitive behavioral therapy, client-centered therapy, and psychodynamic therapy.




DO YOU OFFER IN-PERSON THERAPY SESSIONS?​


Currently, I am offering online and phone therapy sessions.




DOES ONLINE THERAPY WORK?​


Yes, A 2014 study published in the Journal of Affective Disorders found that online treatment was just as effective as face-to-face treatment.




HOW MUCH DOES EACH THERAPY SESSION COST?​


Each session costs $150.

HOW LONG DOES EACH THERAPY SESSION LAST?​


Each therapy session is 50 minutes.




DO YOU WORK WITH CHILDREN, COUPLES, OR FAMILIES?​


I am currently working with individual adults (18 years and above).




DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?​


Some private insurance providers cover psychotherapy services. Please contact your provider and make sure they cover psychotherapy services. To receive reimbursement through insurance, you should submit your insurance company a copy of the receipt you receive after payment.

WHICH PLATFORM DO YOU USE FOR CONDUCTING THERAPY SESSIONS?​


I use Skype, Zoom and Doxy.me online platforms for secure online sessions.
