WHAT ARE YOUR EDUCATION AND LICENSE?
I received my Masters of Psychology from Adler Graduate Professional School. I am a registered (Qualifying) member of the College of Psychotherapists of Ontario. I am also a member of the Ontario Psychological Association.
WHAT THERAPY APPROACH DO YOU USE?
My therapeutic approach is integrative and includes a variety of techniques. I believe that each client is unique and the therapy approach should be specific enough to address their needs. I utilize techniques from internal family systems therapy, mindfulness-based interventions, cognitive behavioral therapy, client-centered therapy, and psychodynamic therapy.
DO YOU OFFER IN-PERSON THERAPY SESSIONS?
Currently, I am offering online and phone therapy sessions.
DOES ONLINE THERAPY WORK?
Yes, A 2014 study published in the Journal of Affective Disorders found that online treatment was just as effective as face-to-face treatment.
HOW MUCH DOES EACH THERAPY SESSION COST?
Each session costs $150.
HOW CAN I PAY FOR THERAPY SESSIONS?

HOW LONG DOES EACH THERAPY SESSION LAST?
Each therapy session is 50 minutes.
DO YOU WORK WITH CHILDREN, COUPLES, OR FAMILIES?
I am currently working with individual adults (18 years and above).
DO YOU ACCEPT INSURANCE?
Some private insurance providers cover psychotherapy services. Please contact your provider and make sure they cover psychotherapy services. To receive reimbursement through insurance, you should submit your insurance company a copy of the receipt you receive after payment.

WHICH PLATFORM DO YOU USE FOR CONDUCTING THERAPY SESSIONS?
I use Skype, Zoom and Doxy.me online platforms for secure online sessions.
