Individuals may experience a variety of concerns such as depression, anxiety, anger issues, low self-esteem, and traumas and seek therapy to get support. I offer online therapy and my therapy approach is integrative as I use techniques from different therapy approaches. I mainly utilize techniques from internal family systems therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, client-centered therapy, and psychodynamic therapy.
I have a Master of Psychology and a certification in CBT and NLP. I am a qualifying member of the College of Psychotherapists of Ontario and a member of the Ontario Psychological Association.
