Individuals may experience a variety of concerns such as depression, anxiety, anger issues, low self-esteem, and traumas and seek therapy to get support. We offer online therapy via secure online platforms. We utilize techniques from different psychological approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, client-centered therapy, psychodynamic therapy, internal family systems therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions. We welcome people from different cultural backgrounds and LGBTQ+ individuals.

In couple therapy, we identify the negative interaction patterns and address the emotional needs behind them. We facilitate healthy communication between couples and introduce them to new patterns of attachment. We offer online therapy via secure online platforms. We use emotionally focused therapy, client-centered therapy, and psychodynamic therapy. We welcome couples from different cultural backgrounds and LGBTQ+ couples.
