We offer online therapy via secure online platforms. We utilize techniques from different psychological approaches like cognitive behavioral therapy, dialectical behavior therapy, client-centered therapy, psychodynamic therapy, internal family systems therapy, and mindfulness-based interventions. We welcome people from different cultural backgrounds and LGBTQ+ individuals.
